Formerly a trained accountant and auditor, Christopher Michael Pan has used his extensive experience in the international finance markets by working with several institutions from around the world. One of these was London and Capital Investment Management, where Christopher Michael Pan worked with development investors from countries in Europe and Asia. According to recent reports, more and more Chinese are starting to buy properties as well as relocate overseas for reasons including lifestyle, investment, emigration, and education. Many are considering the United Kingdom, where some want their children to study. In addition to education, they are drawn to the lower costs of like-investments compared to those in China. Because of these and other reasons, including the recent Brexit vote, real estate agents and property experts expect an inflow of $200 billion in real estate investment annually over the next ten years. The surge is expected primarily overseas, and especially in London and other parts of the UK. Neil Jensen of Fraser and Co, an institution specializing in London properties, is now preparing to offer major investment opportunities that are specifically designed to attract more Chinese investors. One example is the master plan of a new Chinatown, where 2-bedroom duplex penthouses and ordinary one-bedroom flats are being offered at reasonable prices. |
